Jac’s professional journey showcases a robust foundation in Organizational Development, Behavioral Science, Performance Management, Coaching, and Industrial Relations, augmented by her proficiency in Emotional Intelligence, Critical Thinking, and Mindset cultivation. Jac seamlessly integrates Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles into her training methodologies, demonstrating a nuanced understanding of psychological frameworks. Furthermore, Jac is a dedicated psychometrician and a practitioner of positivism, continually enriching her skill set to foster holistic growth and development. Currently undertaking doctoral studies at the esteemed National University Malaysia (UKM) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
